What does a healthy account look like in terms of metrics across all active campaigns?

A healthy testing-phase account typically shows: overall CTR 1-2.5%, ATC rate 4-8% on product pages, CPM $15-45 (varies widely by niche), MER at or above break-even ROAS, frequency below 3 on running campaigns, at least one campaign exited learning phase (50+ purchase events). At scaling phase: MER 1.5-2.5× or higher, at least 3-5 active creatives across different angles, CPM stable week over week, repeat purchase rate above 12%, abandoned cart recovery rate above 10%. No single metric tells the story — the combination of all of them does.

Tactical FixBuild a simple weekly dashboard: MER, average CPA, ATC rate, frequency, and creative count. Track week-over-week. The trends matter more than any single week's numbers. MER declining 3 weeks in a row is a real signal. MER declining for one week is noise.
