My frequency is going above 3. Should I be worried?

Frequency above 3 means your audience has seen your ad an average of 3 times. Whether that's a problem depends entirely on your campaign scale and CPM trend. Signs it's becoming a problem: CPM is rising (audience fatigue), CTR is falling week over week, CPA is climbing despite stable spend. Signs it's fine: metrics are stable, you're running broad targeting, the campaign is still profitable. At small budgets ($50-200/day) high frequency is expected — you have a limited audience at that spend. It only becomes critical when you're spending $500+/day and frequency is above 5-6.

Tactical FixIf frequency is climbing AND performance is declining: add new creatives immediately, test new creative angles, or expand geo targeting. If frequency is climbing but performance is stable: don't panic, but have new creatives ready as a preemptive move.
