What is Winning Creative Rate?

The percentage of launched creatives that become profitable performers. Industry expectation: 1 in 10 to 1 in 20 creatives becomes a sustainable winner. Most beginner operators expect 1 in 3 and stop testing when that expectation fails. Accepting a 5–10% winning creative rate reframes creative production as a volume game — you need 50 creatives in market to reliably find 3–5 winners.

Stopping creative production when the first few don't perform. Launching 5 creatives with no winners means 5 angles didn't work — not that the product doesn't work. Treat the non-winners as the cost of finding the winners.
