What is Abandoned Cart Flow?

An automated email (and/or SMS) sequence triggered when a visitor adds to cart but does not complete checkout. Standard 3-email structure: Email 1 at 1 hour (reminder, no discount), Email 2 at 24 hours (social proof + urgency), Email 3 at 72 hours (discount or final incentive). Typically recovers 10–20% of abandoned carts.

Why it matters: At $100/day in ad spend, 50+ people are abandoning carts daily. A 15% recovery rate at $60 AOV = $450/day in revenue from traffic you've already paid for — often representing 20–30% of total store revenue with zero incremental ad spend.
